You have an option to get Applicants from SmartRecruiters (Global ATS) through a standard Integration using REST API. Retrieving of selected applicants and creating Applicants in IFS Cloud is handled through a scheduled task. If you get the Applicant as a response to a Job vacancy connected to an active Requisition, Applicant status will be 'In Recruitment' and if not the Applicant status will be 'Reserved'
Note: You might not get values to some mandatory fields in IFS Cloud if its not available in SmartRecruiters. Example: Industry Area in Work Experience. Also you might get records with data which are not available in IFS Cloud basic data setup and will be saved as free texts. Make sure to add the proper basic data before you create the Employee File. Examples: 'Field of Study' and 'Degree' in Education.
Applicants in SmartRecruiters (Global ATS) should be in Hired state and Onboarding Status should be set to 'Ready to Onboard'. To perform this activity, Scheduled task 'Get Ready to Onboard Applicants from SmartRecruiters' should be created.
As a result of this activity an Applicant record will be created. Source of the Applicant will display as ATS.
