You can offer a job upon successful completion of a selection process. You can add and save offer details to refer during preboarding phase. Refer ' Add Offer Details' activity description for more details.
You cannot give more than one offer to an Applicant. If the Applicant doesn't agree with the offer or if you need to change the status back to the previous status you can use the 'Decline Offer' option. Declined Date will be stored against the offer details for reference purpose.
Event ID: OFFER_APPLICANT can be used to notify applicants on the offer.
To perform this activity, you need to have an Applicant record in 'In Recruitment' or 'Reserved' status.
As a result of this activity, Applicant’s status changes to “Offered”. Added offer details can be viewed in Applicant Pages and in a sub-list of the connected Applicant in the Requisition. 'Offered for this Requisition' value will be changed as 'Yes' in connected applicant record in the Requisition.
