If you want to fulfill a hiring need without creating a Recruitment Requisition or without connecting the Applicant to a Requisition, you can reserve the Applicant for selection process. As the IFS Cloud keeps the selection process information (Selection stage and status) in Requisition, you need to keep the selection process related information of the Reserved Applicant seperately. (Manual Process)
Note: If you get the Applicant from SmartRecruiters (Global ATS), and if the Applicant is not connected to an active Requisition, you will see the newly created Applicant in 'Reserved' status. You can directly move ahead by changing the status as 'Offered' as you have already completed the selection process using ATS.
To perform this activity an Applicant record should be available in 'Reserved' status.
