Add Scope to Schedule Line

Explanation

Use this activity to add a Service Scope to a single schedule occurrence on the Schedule tab in Recurring Service Program.

The equipment object can be set independently to the Recurring Service Program Main Object.

Prerequisites

• Service Scopes can only be added to schedule occurrences in status Generable.
• The service item should exist in Service Catalog.
• The equipment object should exist in Equipment.

System Effects

As a result of this activity for a Program, a Service Scope is added to the Recurring Program Schedule Occurrence, the Service Scope line is marked with the Manually added badge and the schedule occurrence line will be marked with the Manually Changed badge.

Note: A Service Scope that is added to a single schedule occurrence will not appear among the Recurring Service Scopes on the Service Scopes tab, nor will the Service's related Standard Tasks appear on the Standard Tasks tab.
