Add Service Triggers to Package

Explanation

Use this activity to enter service trigger information for the recurring service package. You can define values for either a calendar or usage-based criteria or both calender and usage-based. Only one calendar-based trigger can be entered per recurring service package, but there can be multiple usage-based triggers.

• Calendar - Enter values for Interval Type (Day, Week, Month or Year) and Program Interval.
• Usage - Enter values for Test Point, cumulative Parameter, Unit of Measure (UoM), Start Value and Interval.

Prerequisites

• A Recurring Service Package should exist in the system.
• Cumulative parameters must have been defined in Parameters page under Service Basic Data.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, Service Triggers are added to the Recurring Service Package.

When a recurring service program is created using a recurring service package, program will receive the service triggers specified.
