This activity is used to configure the Outlook Calendar Sync, this is done on the Calendar Sync Configuration page. If a different calendar than the main calendar of the users should be used for the sync, change the Main Calendar option. When the sync is started, a calendar will be created in Outlook for the users and the sync service will handle items in that calendar. It is not recommended to change the Main Calendar option afterwards so make sure that the correct calendar is selected before you activate the sync. Optionally, enable logging of debug messages. Indicate whether the business activity should be deleted if the connected outlook appointment is cancelled. Activiate the sync for the representatives and start the sync.
As a result of this activity, the Outlook Calendar Sync is configured. The sync service is running and changes in outlook will be synchronized to IFS Cloud.
