This activity is used to create an outlook meeting from a business activity. Click Sync to Outlook on the Business Activity page. When the Sync Status is changed to Synced, the meeting is added to the calendar. Click Open Outlook Meeting to view the meeting in Outlook web. If contacts and representatives were entered for the business activity, these are listed in the body of the appointment. Add them as attendees and send the meeting invitation.
As a result of this activity, an outlook meeting is created and linked to the business activity. Changes in Outlook will be synchronized to IFS Cloud.
