Define New Request Contract
Explanation
Use this activity to create a new Contract.
A new Contract can be defined by specifying, customer details, contract details,
responsibility and validity information.
A Contract serves as an agreement between the customer
and the service provider.
Prerequisites
- Contract Type should be defined in Contract Type page.
- Coordinator should be defined in Coordinators page.
- Customer should be defined in Customer page.
- Contract Manager should be defined in Person page.
- Currency code should be defined in Currency Codes page.
- Branch should be defined and connected to the user in the Site
page.
System Effects
A new Contract will be created in status Planned.
