This activity is used to define certificates for resource lines of Demand type person in Standard Task.
Qualifications are linked to HR competencies that are directly related to employee connected HR Qualifications. This gives the person demand line additional qualifications requirements indirectly. In Resources tab select person demand line which you want to add certificate, click drop down and in Certificate tab add new certificates you want.
As a result of this activity, certificates will be connected to the selected person demand line and Additinal Qualifications option will be enabled.
