This activity is used to connect branches to Service Organization which are responsible for execution, delivery and sales of the request. When Site is connected to a service organization it is referred to as a branch. Branch can be setup as Owning, Sales and Delivery. A Service Organization can have only one branch as Owning site and Sales site (branch per each site) but can have multiple delivery branches where one branch can be defined as default delivery branch. When creating a Service Organization, it is mandatory to define an Owning Site and a Sales Site. If a Site is already connected to a Service Organization, it cannot be connected to another Service Organization as a Branch.
You can add sites which belongs to the Company of the Service Organization.
As a result of this activity, Branches will be added to the Service Organization. Owning Site and Sales Site for each Service Organization will be defined.
