Use this activity to enter SLA values for Service item. When you create a request using a service, the Request Scope will get the SLA values from the Service according to the priority order to fetch SLA for the scope.
In SLA tab you can select suitable Request SLA Template from 'Request SLA Template' LOV.
As a result of this activity, Request SLA Template will be connected to the Service.
