Use this activity to enter SLA values for Service Organization. When you create a request for a service organization, the Request Scope will get the SLA values from the Service Organization according to the priority order to fetch SLA for the scope.
In SLA tab you can select suitable Request SLA Template from 'Request SLA Template' LOV
As a result of this activity, Request SLA Template will be connected to the Service Organization.
