This activity is used to create Service Organization that owns the request. It also offers services defined in the service catalog. There should be one or many branches defined on service organization to handle the sales, work ownership and the delivery of work.
You can create new Service Organization via 'New Service Organization' assistant by entering Service Organization ID and add one or more branches. The company of the site you add first as a branch, will be considered as the company of the Service Organization. When you add sites as branches for Service Organization, it validates for the company of the existing branch.
As a result of this activity, new Service Organization will be created with one or many branches.
