Use this activity to modify Price Details for a Request.
You, as a billing agent, working for the service provider, can modify price details, if the current prices shown does not reflect the desired amounts that should be charged from the customer for the services provided through the Request.
Price details can be modified for each Scope of the Request, using the Price Details command in the Request – Cost and Sales page.
You can add Planned Fixed Prices and Actual Fixed Prices in the price details connected to a Request Scope.
If there were no Price Rule applied from the Contract Line or the Service, it is also possible to modify Price Rule Line Details as well, within the Request Scope.
Price Details for the Request will be modified.
