Use this activity to release a Request.
You as the contact agent for the customer and working with the service provider, can release a request once the basic preparation is done. This will mark the request as Released, so that the rest of the service provider organization can start working on the request to fulfill the customer needs.
A Request must have been created with one or more Scopes.
The Request, its Scopes and connected Work Tasks will get the status Released.
