Close Risk Analysis

Explanation

This activity is used to close a risk analysis. A risk analysis is generally closed once the associated project or contract has been managed to reach completion or if the particular set of risks no longer pose any problems.

Prerequisites

• It is not possible to close a risk analysis while an approval is in progress. The approval must first be Cancelled or Completed.
• It is also not possible to close a risk analysis when it has the Status Analysis in Progress. The analysis must first be confirmed before closing it becomes an option.

System Effects

The risk analysis will be closed and acquire the Status Closed. And it is not possible to make any changes to the records on a closed risk analysis.
