Add Valid for Sites
Explanation
This activity is used to specify the sites the pack
size charge price list is valid for. However you are only able to connect the
user-allowed sites belonging to the same company. The sites can be specified
manually or be added from a site cluster.
Prerequisites
- A pack size charge price list header should have
been saved.
- Required sites or the site cluster should have
been saved and be connected to the user.
- The user entering the information must have access
to all the sites to be added. This is done on the
Sites per User
page.
- The charge type specified in the Pack Size
Charge Price List header should have already been defined, with
the charge type category
given as Pack Size, which will cause the
Unit Charge option to be enabled automatically for the specified site(s).
Note: It is possible to copy the charge type to a
new site.
System Effects
- The pack size charge price list will be valid for
all the specified sites.
