Analyze Price List Contribution Margins

Explanation

Use this activity to analyze contribution margins for parts on sales price lists.

Contribution margins of the lines can be analyzed by looking at the values in the Contribution Margin (%) field.If needed, you can simulate the contribution margin for another cost source than the default value by enabling the Use Inventory Value option or the cost set.

Prerequisites

• A part based sales price list line must have been entered.
• A cost source should have been defined in the Pricing Contribution Margin Control page.

System Effects

This activity has no specific system effects but can result in an adjustment of the sales price, discount, offset, base price etc.
