Add Products to Order Template
Explanation
Use this activity to insert products & required quantities into the
Order Template. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B customer.
Perform this activity from the lobby page Order Management for Customers
and use the Lobby Element: Order Templates.
Or else use the Order Template page from the navigator. New
products can be added using the New button from the Products section.
Notes:
- Part Number and Quantity should have values for a successful
insertion of a product record into the Order Template.
- Several records can be inserted per part and the quantities in
those records can be aggregated later using the Aggregate Product Quantities
command.
Prerequisites
- Successfully initiated Order Template should exist to perform this
activity.
- In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the
appropriate customer.
- The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer,
set up in B2B User – Customer page.
- The user must have been set up with an appropriate default
coordinator in Sites per User page.
System Effects
New products will be added into the Order Template.
