Create Customer Price Group
Explanation
Use this optional activity to create customer price groups. The customer
price group is used to group a number of customers with similar characteristics
regarding pricing and then connect this group to different price lists. You
can connect the same price list to different currencies by adding more records
in the Customer Price
Group page. The customers are connected to the customer price group
in the Customer page.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
- A sales price group must have been entered on the
Sales/Basic Data/Sales Price Groups page.
- Price lists must have been entered on the
Sales Price List
page.
- The user must have access to the owning company of the sales price list
or at least one user site on the sales price list.
System Effects
As result of this activity:
- A customer price group is created.
- The customer price group is then used on the
Customer page to connect the customer
to a specific customer price group.
