Send Sales Price List
Explanation
This activity is used to send a sales price list to one or several customers
via either EDI or MHS.
Note that rental prices are not supported for this functionality.
Prerequisites
- The price group type of the price list must be part-based.
- The customers receiving the price list must be defined to accept PRICAT
messages using either EDI or MHS.
- The user must have access to the owning company of the sales price list
or at least one user site on the sales price list.
- Part based sales price list lines must be in the Active status
in order to be sent.
System Effects
- When this activity is performed, an EDI/MHS message of PRICAT type is
sent to the selected customer(s). The system sends you a warning if you
attempt to send a copy of the same price list to the customer again.
