Connect Service to Service Quotation
Explanation
This activity is used to connect already planned or ongoing
maintenance events, maintenance orders and work orders to an existing service
quotation.
Prerequisites
- The service quotation must be in the Under Preparation status.
- The maintenance order that is to be connected to the service quotation
must be in the Initial Scope Definition, Under Preparation,
Released or Started status and not connected to a service
quotation. The distribution type of the order should not be Simplified
Work Order.
- The maintenance event that is to be connected to the service quotation
must have been added to a valid maintenance order.
- The work order that is to be connected to the service
quotation must be in the FaultReport, WorkRequest, Observed,
UnderPreparation, Prepared, Released, and Started
status and not connected to a service quotation.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a maintenance orders, maintenance events and
work orders are connected to a service quotation.
