This activity is used to print a quotation letter. The quotation letter can be printed while the service quotation is at Under Preparation and Released statuses. Before the service quotation is released, the printout will be clearly marked as Preliminary in the header part of the letter. The quotation letter will be printed in the language selected in the Print Report dialog box.
To perform this activity, the service quotation must exist.
As a result of this activity, a quotation letter is printed.
