Print Invoice Enclosure - EU Taxes 

Explanation

This activity is used to print an invoice enclosure, which is connected to the supplier invoice. If a supplier invoice has lines that contain delivery types with the Include Invoice Enclosure - EU Taxes selected, then those invoice lines are used as invoice enclosure detail lines. If none of the lines have the Include Invoice Enclosure - EU Taxes selected, then that particular supplier invoice does not have an invoice enclosure.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a supplier invoice enclosure must be connected to the supplier invoice which is not in the state Cancelled.

System Effects

• The supplier invoice enclosure will be assigned an enclosure series ID and an enclosure number.
• The field Printed will be selected for the supplier invoice enclosure in both Invoice Enclosures - EU Taxes Analysis page and in Invoice Enclosures - EU Taxes dialog to indicate that the invoice enclosure is printed.
