Maintain Employee Balances Accruals and Withdrawals

Explanation

Use this function to change an existing row, or to create a new accrual (positive value) or withdrawal (negative value).

The row changed or created will be marked with the current User ID.

Note : When you enter a value the Employee Balance History page will show this in the Other Balance Change field.

As a result of this activity, an old row is changed or a new row is created that will affect the employees balance.
