Create Training Participant Confirmation Mailing Event

Explanation

This activity is used to set up an email that will be sent when a person who applied for a training event is confirmed as a participant. Once this is done, through Training Event / Participants, once clicked on the Confirm option of a registered participant an email will be sent.

Note: This activity has to be performed by an application owner. In the absence of application owner privileges, system administrator should be contacted.

CONFIRMATION_TRAINING_EVENT mail event is used for this purpose.

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a mailing event will be configured to send emails to relevant persons when participant of a training event is confirmed.
