Evaluate on Training Event

Explanation

Use this function to define data used in evaluating the training events. If the Evaluator field is left blank, it will be anonymous as default.

The following options are available:

• Get Default Evaluation Question - Use this option to obtain a Default Evaluation Question from General Training Evaluation. This function is enabled when one or more participants have a status of Attended.
• Evaluation on Training Event Report... - Use this function to produce a Training Event Report.

In My Self Service Anonymous Evaluation option is used to evaluate a training anonymously.  Evaluations can be called from My Training History and  Employee Training History pages as well.

The Following actions are available in My Training Evaluation page:

• Answer - Opens a dialog to answer evaluation questions.
• Edit - Edit answers
• Generate Evaluation - Opens a dialog to generate evaluation.
• Update Comment - Opens a dialog to edit evaluation comments.

Prerequisites

The employee should have registered to a training event and marked as Attended after the completion of the training event.

Evaluation details should be entered for the training event.
