Fill in Training Participant Evaluation Form

Explanation

Evaluation on the Participant is used to measure the achievement of participants after attending the training event. After the evaluation if internal participants (employees) have met the Minimum Score to Pass (mentioned in the Course Specification) the Competencies & Certificates sections of Employee File will be updated with the Competency / Certificate issued by the course.

The Training Administration module allows to generate a blank Training Participant Evaluation form, which can be used to evaluate the training participant manually. Filling the Evaluation on the Participant is of course another option.

IFS Cloud will automatically display the default evaluation questions if an evaluation template is defined for the Evaluation on the Training Event. If not, new evaluation question text can be added.

System Effects

If the evaluation form is filled directly in Evaluation on the Participant, IFS Cloud provides a function called Set Course Score and Result. The function promptsĀ  user a question whether Employee competencies / certificates should be updated in Employee File (if the employee has reached the minimum score to pass). This is applicable only for internal participants.
