Evaluate Planned Cost

Explanation

Use this activity to evaluate planned costs for a work order. If information on the resource demands and/or material requirements has been entered for the connected work tasks, then the costs are displayed in the Budget page, in the Planned Costs column. Further if there are external and expense cost information updated on the Planning page then the relevant planned costs will also be updated in Budget page.

IFS Business Reporter can be used to create and analyze information based on the work order budget process data available in IFS Cloud. For more information refer About Information Sources in IFS Business Reporter.

Budget page can be used to enter and view information on costs/revenues for a service request/work order associated with the cost types; Personnel, Material, Expenses, External, Tools and Fixed Price. The revenue information is only used in IFS/Service Management and this information is only visible if a customer is defined in the work order. A summary row is displayed at the bottom of the page. The page contains information on the following:
