Import/Define Business Planning Employees
Explanation
This activity is used to define business planning employees.
- For planning employees it is possible to select the option Aggregated.
This is to indicate that the employee represent a group of employees and
that it is possible to calculate averages and sums depending on the settings
of the connected personnel planning items.
- Home Company, Currency and Country fields
will be defaulted with values from your current company but are all possible
to change if needed.
- It is optional to enter values for cost center, organization and
location in the corresponding fields. This can be useful when mapping the
employees to the business plan.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, the user must have been defined as business
planning administrator with access to personnel planning basic data.
System Effects
As a result of this activity business planning employee will be available
to map to a business plan.
