Enter Business Object

Explanation

This activity is used to connect business objects to a support key. You can set individual response times for business objects. The business object types that can be connected are sales part, customer agreement, equipment object, change request, service contract, project activity and shop order. When you create a case using the New Case Assistant, you can select business objects connected to the support key, if required.

If the Select Business Object Identified by Support Key is selected, the business objects defined for the support key can be selected when creating cases using the New Case Assistant.
