Enter Customer Project

Explanation

This activity is used to define one or more customer projects, sub projects, and activity combinations for a specific support agreement. You can define values manually or you can connect the support agreement to an existing project, if IFS/Project is installed.

Prerequisites

• A support agreement must have been entered in the Support Agreement page.
• To enter a support key for a customer project, a support key must have been defined for the customer in the Support Key page.
• To use a project in IFS/Project, the project should have been first created.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the customer projects, sub projects, and activities will be connected to a support agreement.
