Enter Secured Information

Explanation

This activity is used to enter the secured information for the support key page. Secured information is information which is accessible only to users with access rights. Access rights are specified by the creator of the secure information or by the other users with access rights. Secured information could be information regarding internal customer installations or customer site specific information, e.g. internal codes. User access can be granted for single users or work groups. 

Prerequisites

• A support key must have been entered in the Support Key page.
• To create user access for a work group, the work group must have been defined on Support Organization Basic Data/Work Group page.

System Effects

• The secured information entered here can be viewed according to the access rights. 
• Secured information entered in one support key can be imported to another support key as its secured information.
