This activity is used to reopen a maintenance order. This is useful, for instance, when you need to add additional events to the maintenance order.
To perform this activity, a maintenance order that is in the Work Done status must exist. Sign off must not have been performed on the maintenance order.
As a result of this activity, the maintenance order is set to the Started status.
