Modify Exchange Code

Explanation

To select a different exchange code for a CRO exchange, click Modify Exchange Code. You can only change the exchange code before dispatched items have been approved by the customer and received items have been confirmed.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a CRO exchange in the Planned, Released or InExchange status must exist.

System Effects

• The value of Exchange Code is changed.
• A record in the Journal tab will be created to document the change.
