This activity is used to add an approval to the contract change order (CCO).
A contract change order may need an approval process to proceed during several
stages.
Example: Before the impact of a contract change order is analyzed,
the contract manager or change manager may be required to approve that the scope
of the change is within the policy of the company, or approval maybe required
before the CCO information is submitted to an external party. The same approval
routing can be used in several stages of the CCO, and therefore can be initially
defined at the time the CCO is created. It will be triggered during the relevant
status change in the CCO.
