It is not uncommon for contractors to have their own specific ways of creating tender documents. Usually the documents are created using spreadsheets and word processors as needed.
When the tender document is completed, it can be checked into Document Management of IFS Cloud and connected to the contract, contract revision, contract customer, or contract customer tender.
A contract must exist.
