Update Sub Contract Valuation Plan

Explanation

The update function can be used to refresh the Sub Contract Valuation Plan with the latest information from the Sub Contract and the Sub Contract Valuations. For an example if a valuation was entered and certified after creating the Sub Contract Valuation Plan, the Update Valuation Plan command can be executed to fetch the relevant data from that valuation and update the plan.

The update valuation plan function can be executed at any status of the plan. If the update function is ordered when the plan is not in preliminary status, and if there were any changes as a result, the status of the plan will be reset as preliminary.

Prerequisites

• A Sub Contract Valuation Plan with header information.
• A Sub Contract Valuation Plan with estimated items.
• A Sub Contract Valuation Plan not in the obsolete state.

System Effects

• The Sub Contract Valuation Plan is updated with the latest information from the Sub Contract and Sub Contract Valuations.
• The planned items values are recalculated according to the updated values on the plan header and items.
• If there is a new active revision, the Sub Contract Valuation Plan header and the item values are updated according to the value of the new revision and items.
