Use this activity to enter persons and groups who has access to create documents from a document class. You can also disable certain persons and groups if those persons are no longer allowed to create documents. If you do not enter any persons and groups, all the persons will be able to create documents from the document class.
Activity can be performed by entering a record in Document Class Management/Persons and groups
Note: You can select/deselect the Enabled option or delete the access line to remove the access for certain persons or groups you have entered.
