This activity is used to send an acknowledgement to the sender after receiving an inbound transmittal. After receiving the documents, you should set the status of the document transmittal to Received. The status of the document transmittal can be set to Acknowledgement Sent after sending the acknowledgement.
Status can be changed to Received from the sub-command list. Then the click on the Add Acknowledgement and select and add the file. Click on Send Acknowledgement
The transmittal should have been received.
As a result of this activity, an acknowledgement is sent to the transmittal sender and the status of the document transmittal is set to Acknowledgement Sent.
