This activity is used to close the business opportunity. Click Close Opportunity on the Business Opportunity page. The Close Business Opportunity dialog will be displayed. In this dialog you choose if the opportunity was won or lost. If the opportunity was won, you can enter the reason why it was won. If it was lost you can enter the reason for that and to which competitor the opportunity was lost.
The opportunity must have been entered and saved before you can set the status to Lost.
The opportunity is closed. No further transactions can be performed for the opportunity.
