Enter Business Opportunity
Explanation
This activity is used to enter a business opportunity. The business opportunity
function is a pre-step to quotations and orders. It allows you to register business
opportunities for existing and prospective customers.
Prerequisites
The user should be connected to a representative on the
Business Representatives
page.
System Effects
This activity has the following system effects:
- A business opportunity is created. When the business opportunity
is saved, the opportunity number appears automatically (if not entered
manually). The opportunity header receives the Unconfirmed status.
- When you enter a business opportunity, the representative connected
to the current user is added as main representative.
