Enter Reporting Codes for Central Bank Reporting (DE)
Explanation
If you are a German company engaged in foreign trade, use this activity to
enter the reporting codes that you will use in your monthly reports to the Bundesbank
(Central Bank).
- In the Country Code field, use the List of Values to select the country
code that represents the county for which you will specify a reporting code.
The system automatically populates the Country Description field based on
the code you select.
- In the Reporting Code field, enter the reporting code used by the company.
(This code must comply with the keys used by the Federal Bank.)
- In the Description field, enter a description of the reporting code
that you specified in the Reporting Code field.
- Save the record.
Prerequisites
- The country codes that are used by your system must be selected by your
system administrator (or equivalent person) in the
ISO Code Usage page.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, you will be able to select reporting codes
from the List of Values when you prepare your monthly reports to the Bundesbank.
