Create Document

Explanation

Use this activity to create a new document in IFS/Document Management. 

Prerequisites

• IFS/Document Management must have been installed.
• You must be registered as a person in IFS/Enterprise.
• The document class must have been entered in Document Management/Basic Data/Document Class page.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the document is created. The document can then be connected to any object type, e.g., equipment object, work order, preventive maintenance action, or purchase order.
