Use this activity to enter the maintenance process parameters on site level, in the Site - Maintenace page.
By setting a value on Auto Create Work Task on WO Status, It is possible to
trigger automatic creation of a default work task for a
work order at a particular Work order status change, if the work order
doesn't have any work tasks. Work orders with connection type
VIM, COMPATIBLE UNIT, WORK PACKAGE and DESIGN OBJECT are excluded from this
parameter control. Further PM generated and Repair work orders are also
excluded from this control. If Null value selected, it will disable the
creation of a default task.

By selecting Allow Clock In Automatically option you can decide whether all users of this site should clock in when they start their work assignments. If selected, the Clock In dialog will be opened automatically for the users to clock in when the assignment status is set to started.
Also it is possible to define whether or not to print the condition codes on reports, by setting the Print Condition Code on Reports toggle ON. Condition codes will be printed on the following documents: work orders and work order confirmation reports.
PM Inventory Part Demand Horizon defines the deviation towards future from the current system date in days, up to which, the maintenance plan lines will be available as inventory part demands from Active PM Actions.
Ignore Dependency In Execution value is used set the default value for Ignore Dependency In Execution in Work Task Dependencies child table. The value can be changed, if required, for each dependency line.
Allow Multiple Visit is used to set the default value for Allow Multiple Visit field when creating a new work task on the site. The work task field can be changed, if required, for each work task.
Approve Invoice Online toggle is used to decide whether the customer order will be created online from the invoice preview. If not selected it will instead create a background job.
A Site should exists in the system.
The parameters specified will be used in the respective maintenance flows for the site.
