Demand Server Logs

Shows the Demand Plan Server logs and dump file information. All non cleaned logs and dump files will be shown in here. There is a clean up shedule task named "Clear expired demand server logs" in DEMAND module which will do a default clean up of server logs which are older than 100. But this limit can be configured as per the requirment. This is by changing NO_OF_DAYS_ parameter in the schedule task.

• Server Logs : General Demand Server logs are shown in here. For example: executed Jobs, time and status etc.(Note: database connectivity issues will not be possible to find here. To trace prevailing database connectivity issues, users need to check the Demand Server Dashboard log)
• Server Dumps : These files are useful for getting the product Support. Support organization may usually ask for these files to trace the Demand Server issues when they see the necessity.

There are no prerequisites to check these logs. If a server has been running on the environment then there should be some logs visible (unless they are not cleaned up by the condition explaned above).
