Use the command Release from the header to release a MRO interim order structure, thereby creating and scheduling the corresponding supply shop orders. The start and finish dates assigned by the scheduling process to the supply shop orders does not impact the dates of the corresponding interim orders. If the state of the interim header is Partially Created, which means that some interim orders in the order structure have already been released, then releasing the entire interim order structure releases the remaining interim orders.
It is possible to manually include components in the work scope of a shop visit from the Disposition Summary page. This makes it possible to expand the work scope when the available maintenance levels do not sufficiently cover the maintenance requirements. When a component is included the work scope can be released using the Release Work Scope option. If it is set to be released, then there is also a Release Interim Order Structure option to release the MRO Interim Order Structure as a part of this action.
The interim header must be in Created or Partially Created state.
