Redefine Operational Budget
Explanation
This activity is used to redefine an operational budget for a selected year.
An operational budget cannot be redefined for previous budget years. This procedure
is performed on budgets that have been approved.
- To redefine the operational budget, click Redefine
in the Operational Budget page.
- To redefine monthly budgets, select the month in the Budgets
tab and click Redefine. Note: If the status for
every budget month has one value for instance Approved, and all the
budget values need to be changed, you can select all the rows at once and
perform this step.
Prerequisites
- The operational budget must have been approved.
- The operational budget year must not be in the past.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the operational budget will be set to the
Not Approved status and will be available for updating.
