Evaluate Problems
Explanation
This activity is used to evaluate discrepancies in the schedule, compared
to expectations.
Some situations that need further action can include:
- Some Work Tasks and PM Actions not
getting planned.
- Work Tasks planned later than expected.
- High priority Work Tasks/PM Actions not getting correct
priority during the scheduling process.
- Resources not allocating to Work Tasks/PM Actions with
Fixed Start date.
Prerequisites
- Dynamic Work Scheduling Dataset has been Enabled
and sent to PSO engine and schedule returned by PSO has been saved in the
IFS Business System. Analyzing the plan found some discrepancies.
