Use this activity to enter additional information required for the isolation order such as establishment and re-establishment information, conditions, equipment involved, notes, electrical security leader, and information such as who prepared, approved and verified the isolation order.
Note: If the value of the ISOLATION_CHANGEDATE object property is set to TRUE, the Establishment and Reestablishment dates on the isolation order can be changed when the isolation order has the status PreparationApproved, EstablishmentStarted or EstablishmentCompleted. The new dates can be earlier or later than the previously entered date. Furthermore, if a date is changed on an isolation order in the PreparationApproved status, the Approved By field is automatically updated with the ID of the logged-on user.
As a result of this activity, additional information is added to the isolation order.
